Happy Friday, friends! What are ya’ll up to this weekend? I’ve got another busy weekend ahead of me – headed out to my mom’s cabin for Friday night/Saturday to hang out with the fam and then my birthday is on Sunday! I’m going to be the big 2-6. How crazy! I’m on the way out of mid-twenties… how scary is that?? Sadly I won’t be doing anything fun on my birthday as I have to work at the library (closing shift… sad face) but hopefully the hubs and I will celebrate soon! He says he has the perfect gift for me and I’m going crazy wondering what it is!

Life has been so ridiculous lately, but I’m working hard to find those times of peace and serenity amidst that chaos. And that is the reason behind my Freebie Friday free printable quote for the day. It’s inspired by Psalm 46:10 – “He says, ‘Be still, and know that I am God;I will be exalted among the nations,I will be exalted in the earth.'” Jesus has definitely been getting me through these rough times, along with my husband and friends, and I’m so beyond thankful for that!

It’s a chaotic world out there – whether you are dealing with something hard, or just trying to get through the busyness of everyday life. Be sure to take some time for you and just be still. Find some quiet space, breathe deep and just be. Even if you do this a couple of minutes a day, away from all the distractions, it really does make a difference 🙂
